Mike Dickerson
Mike’s background as an engineer and systems specialist includes a wealth of experience from the Defence & Utilities industries in senior general management roles. Mike is an Information Management specialist and a qualified information systems auditor. Mike’s role includes development and management of the operational and support systems provided by Community Times to it’s licensees.
Jonathan Gibbs
Jonathan has over 15 years experience in marketing. Seven years spent growing a national licensed network of business consultants across the USA has provided valuable experience to his responsibilities for the development of the Community Times licensing programme. Educated in Cardiff, Jonathan has comprehensive experience in business management, business development and direct marketing both online and offline.
Operations and Customer Service Team.
David Rees, heads up this team, joining from IBM after previous experience with NTL. David’s team includes, technical developers, programmers, magazine designers, customer services representatives and administrators.
David and his team liaise with licensees and undertake administration and management tasks to ensure licensees are able to run an easy, efficient and profitable business.
Technical Development.
Tristan Carroll heads this area overseeing and creating the developments of all internet and database services. Tristan has over 21 years experience in both industrial and commercial software solutions with a proven track record working with global organisations.
Tristan ensures that the systems use the latest technology available and offer a robust and reliable software environment for our licensees.
Design & Production.
Lee Reed heads this team and has extensive experience of magazine design along with key digital design skills and experience. His team of designers and production specialists ensure that every licensees’ magazine goes to press looking fabulous & is delivered on time.
Sales Development
The sales development team is operated by people with direct experience of running a magazine. Their sales and marketing background provides new and existing licensees with invaluable advice support and direction if required.
